Winter Parka Buyer Questions
Can the winter parka be made with my brand label?
Yes. Share your label artwork, placement, sizes and packing requirements for review and sample approval.
Can the hood and pockets be customized?
Hood design, pocket positions and closures can be discussed as part of the approved pattern and sample.
Which insulation can be used?
Insulation options depend on supplier availability and the agreed specification. Review actual material details before approving production.
Is the parka rated for extreme cold?
A temperature or protective rating must be supported by applicable evidence for the exact finished garment; no rating is assumed.
Are samples free?
Sampling is free and the buyer pays shipping. Review fit and construction before approving production.
What should be included in an insulated parka tech pack?
Include the shell and lining references, fill type and construction, garment measurements, hood and collar details, pockets, zipper and fastening choices, grading, labels and packing. State the intended climate and any test requirements before material selection.
Does a heavier filling guarantee a lower temperature rating?
No finished-garment rating should be inferred from fill weight alone. The shell, insulation assembly, fit and intended use all form part of the product specification. Any advertised temperature performance needs appropriate evidence for the finished garment.
What information is needed to plan a bulk winter order?
Provide quantities by color and size, your approved specification, destination and target delivery date. Confirm material availability, MOQ, sampling revisions and the production schedule with ZESTLET before committing your launch or shipment.
