Private Label Tactical Apparel & Uniform Manufacturing

Build a tactical apparel or uniform range around your brand, your fit and an agreed production specification. ZESTLET works with brands, importers and uniform suppliers in Sialkot, Pakistan, on OEM, ODM and private label development.

Define the work

Choose the manufacturing route that fits your brief

A brand label is one part of the product. The fabric, pattern, measurements, construction and packing also need a clear reference. Start with an existing tech pack, a permitted reference design or a concept, then agree which development work is required before a production quotation is finalized.

Move toward approval

From your brief to an agreed reference

01

Define the range

Identify the product, intended wearer, destination and quantities by color and size. Decide whether you are developing single pieces or coordinated sets.

02

Approve materials and fit

Review swatches, garment measurements, construction and branding on the sample. Record revisions against one current specification.

03

Confirm the order

Agree the final bill of materials, sample reference, quantity, inspection criteria, packing and schedule in your order documents.

A practical starting point for your brand

You do not need to begin with every detail settled. Tell the team what is fixed, what is undecided and what you want help developing. Existing product pages show useful specification choices for combat shirts, cargo pants, jackets and uniform sets; they are a starting point for a discussion rather than a promise that every material or feature is available for every order.

Include with your inquiry

  • Design drawings or a tech pack with a clear revision date
  • Fabric preferences, physical color references and intended use
  • Garment size chart, grading and quantities by color and size
  • Authorized artwork, label text and decoration positions
  • Target destination, packing requirements and desired delivery date

Apply the brief to your product

Buyer questions

Can I start with a sketch rather than a complete tech pack?

Yes. Share your concept, intended use, measurements and reference details so ZESTLET can review the development needed. Agree the design and sampling scope before treating the concept as a production-ready specification.

What is the difference between OEM, ODM and private label?

On this page, OEM starts from a buyer-defined design, ODM includes agreed design-development support, and private label describes production presented under your brand. The exact responsibilities and deliverables are confirmed for your project.

What MOQ and lead time should I plan for?

ZESTLET states a general starting MOQ of 20 pieces. Confirm how it applies to your design, fabric, color and size mix. Sampling and bulk timing depend on the agreed specification, material availability and approval; obtain a project-specific schedule.

Are samples available before bulk production?

ZESTLET offers free sampling with shipping paid by the buyer. Share your product brief to confirm the applicable sample scope and materials, then approve the sample and specification before bulk production.
