Custom Embroidery & Patches for Uniform Brands

Develop uniform embroidery, name tapes, badges and patches as part of a coordinated apparel brief. Share artwork you are authorized to use, the intended garment and the finished dimensions with ZESTLET in Sialkot.

Define the work

Choose the right format for the garment

Direct embroidery and a separate patch solve different needs. The choice affects the garment surface, backing, attachment and replacement options. Review a sample on the actual fabric before approving the artwork for production.

Move toward approval

From your brief to an agreed reference

01

Send the artwork brief

Provide a vector file where available, plus the finished dimensions, color references, garment fabric and placement. A clear image can begin the discussion if editable artwork is not ready.

02

Review a trial or patch sample

Check the design at its actual finished size. Fine lines, small text and dense detail may need adjustment for the chosen fabric and process.

03

Approve placement and packing

Confirm the final artwork revision, attachment, labels and whether patches are supplied loose or fitted to garments. Keep an approved reference for repeat orders.

Measure placement from a repeatable reference

Mark decoration position from a seam, pocket edge or other fixed garment point rather than relying only on a mock-up. Confirm whether placement should stay at a fixed distance or change with garment size. For removable patches, approve the dimensions of both the patch and its receiving panel.

Include with your inquiry

  • Authorized artwork and the final wording of any name tapes
  • Finished width/height, shape and border requirements
  • Thread and base-material color references
  • Backing or attachment, garment fabric and placement dimensions
  • Quantity, size variants, loose/fitted supply and packaging

Apply the brief to your product

Buyer questions

Can I add embroidery to a private label uniform order?

Yes. Discuss artwork, fabric compatibility, dimensions and placement with the garment brief. Approve the decoration on the selected material before production.

Can patches be supplied separately from the garment?

Discuss loose or fitted supply, backing, attachment and packaging in the inquiry. Confirm the exact construction, quantity and production feasibility for your design.

Can you reproduce a logo, unit badge or proprietary design?

Provide artwork you have permission to use and identify any required authorization. The design and its permitted use must be reviewed before sampling; a reference image alone does not establish reproduction rights.

What should I check before approving an embroidery sample?

Check the actual finished size, small text, edge quality, colors, backing, fabric appearance and garment placement. Record the approved artwork revision and dimensions for the order.
