Rain Suit Buyer Questions
Can I develop a rain suit under my own label?
Yes. Provide your size chart, intended use, colors, authorized artwork and packing requirements for development and sampling.
Can the jacket and trousers be customized?
The hood, closures, pockets, waistband, fit and other design details can be discussed and agreed on the sample.
What fabric is used?
Shell composition, coating and weight depend on supplier availability. Approve the actual material and specification before production.
Is the rain suit waterproof?
Water resistance depends on the material, seams and garment construction. Agree the performance requirement and review the relevant test report for the actual product.
Are samples free?
Sampling is free and the buyer pays shipping. Review the fit, materials and construction before approving production.
Should rain suits be sized as overgarments?
State whether the set will be worn over a uniform or other layers, and provide measurements accordingly. Check jacket overlap, trouser rise, waist adjustment and leg openings on the complete sample with the intended clothing and footwear.
Does coated fabric alone prove a rain suit is waterproof?
No finished-garment performance should be assumed from the fabric name. Seams, openings, closures and construction also need review. Agree the claim and evidence for the actual product, including what sample and scope a report covers.
What is required for a private label rainwear quote?
Send the two-piece design, shell and coating preferences, seam requirements, separate size charts, quantities by color and size, branding, packing, destination and target date. Confirm material availability, MOQ and scheduling before bulk approval.
