Tactical Cargo Pants: Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use my own design and label?

Yes. We build from your tech pack and apply your labels, hangtags and packaging, with no ZESTLET branding on private label goods. Share your measurements, fabric preferences and artwork so the sample, fit and branding details can be reviewed and approved before your bulk production order begins.

Which fabrics can you use?

Fabric options include poly-cotton ripstop, cotton ripstop, nylon-cotton, four-way stretch woven materials and reinforced nylon panels, as well as fabrics you nominate. We send swatches and specifications for approval. Final composition, weight, finish and performance requirements are agreed against the selected material rather than assumed from a typical fabric range.

Do you provide samples, and what do they cost?

Samples are free; the buyer pays shipping only. We revise the sample until it matches your requirements and you approve it. Send your tech pack, sketch or reference sample so the team can review the fit, fabric, pocket layout and branding before planning the production order.

Can you make pants for US, EU, Canada or Australia requirements?

Tell us your destination market and sales channel so the labelling, testing and documentation requirements can be scoped for your order. The buyer and an accredited laboratory confirm the applicable requirements for the exact product. Testing arrangements and any certificate availability must be agreed before making a compliance claim.

Do you add embroidery, patches and printing?

Yes. Branding options include machine and hand embroidery, woven and PVC patches, screen printing, DTG, transfers and woven labels. Decoration is selected for the chosen fabric and design. Send your artwork in AI, PDF, PSD or PNG format so a digital mock-up can be reviewed before production.

How do I get a price?

Send your tech pack, approximate quantity and destination market through the product quote form or WhatsApp. Include your fabric preferences, size breakdown, decoration and packing needs where possible. The ZESTLET team reviews those details to prepare a quotation and discuss sampling, material availability and the production schedule.
