This Privacy Policy explains how ZESTLET INC (“ZESTLET”, “we”) collects and uses personal information when you visit zestlet.com or send us a manufacturing inquiry. ZESTLET is a B2B apparel manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan.

Information we collect

When you submit the quotation or contact form, we collect:

• your name, email address, company name and country;
• your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
• the product category, approximate quantity and message you send;
• any file you attach, such as a tech pack, artwork or design file;
• your agreement to be contacted about the inquiry.

When you browse the site, our analytics and hosting services may automatically collect technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and IP address.

How we use your information

• to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations and discuss samples and production;
• to send an automatic confirmation that your inquiry was received;
• to keep a record of inquiries and business communication;
• to understand how visitors use the website and improve it;

We do not sell your personal information. We send email newsletters about our products and services only to people who have agreed to receive them. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.

• our business email provider (Titan Email), which handles inquiry notifications and replies;
• our newsletter service (Hostinger Reach), for subscribers who have opted in;
• Google, for website analytics;
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us through a WhatsApp link, in which case WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply;
• courier companies, if we ship samples to you;
• authorities where required by law.

These providers may process data outside your country, including outside Pakistan, the UK and the EU.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry records, attachments and business correspondence on an ongoing basis so that we can refer to past specifications, samples and orders when you come back to us. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing sales@zestlet.com, and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Newsletter subscription details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to or restrict its use, or receive a copy. To make a request, email sales@zestlet.com. If you are in the UK or EU, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect inquiry information. No website or email transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive personal information through the form.
